Steam Queens will collect your ironing during a pre-agreed slot.
We have a choice of mornings or evenings.

Our morning slot is 9 am-11 am and our evening slot is 5.30 -8.30 pm each weekday.
When you place your order we will agree this with you.

To avoid our missed collection/delivery surcharge you could consider collection from your workplace or even your porch, garage, neighbour or another safe place (we can even deliver there too.) Many of our customers find this gives them an additional degree of ironing freedom with no need to think about whether you are going to be in at the agreed time.
Although our routes are optimised to minimise fuel costs and driver time we are sometimes able to offer specific times for collection or delivery upon payment of a £3 surcharge (subject to availability)
