Collection Process

Steam Queens will collect your ironing during a pre-agreed two hour slot.

We have a choice of morning or evening slots.

Our morning slot is 9-11am and our evening slot is 6-8pm each weekday.

When you place your order we will agree this with you.

 We would love to be able to give fixed times rather than slots but traffic conditions in and around our delivery area often plot against us. Rather than let customers down we agree a two hour window. If we are late we will compensate you.

Why not consider collection from your workplace (we can even deliver there too.) Many of our customers find this gives them an additional degree of ironing freedom with no need to think about whether you are going to be in at the agreed time.

We also collect from neighbours, garden sheds, garages and anywhere else you can think of.
