Peace of Mind

All laundry is ironed in smoke free and pet free environments to ensure your laundry is returned fresh and crease free. In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £40 per item. Any iron damaged or shiny items you include with your load will be returned unironed to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage. Our business insurance policy covers your garments when they are in our care.

Help us to get great results

Tumble drying clothes bone dry and screwing garments into tight balls can make it difficult to remove all creases even using our powerful professional equipment. Help us by folding or rolling your laundry for collection and avoid over-drying.

Cancellation Notice

We require 3 hours notice for cancellation of your order as our delivery drivers follow planned routes. Regrettably there will be a cancellation fee of £3.00 to cover our costs where insufficient notice is given. Similarly, if we fail to meet our obligation to deliver or collect during the arranged time slot we will pay you £3.00 as compensation.
